No, but its the reason no one from blue would ever last on the red server. All you end up with now are ppl from back in the vz/tz days who are used to this shit. Ppl that already know people from the server and have their little cliches and shit. It is too difficult for some semi casual player to break into this server. Teams would alleviate that problem for them greatly.
