I still don't know why there isn't a minimum post count to be able to post pics. Lots of forums do this and it keeps down on spam. I'm not saying it would stop but it would help.
The whole community shouldn't have to disable pics because of one asshat. I mean this has happened every day for the last few days and if the poster had to post 20 times on each account to make his shitty posts I doubt it would happen as often.
