Not necessarily. And I suspect he is from the UK, and things are strict there. People have been arrested for trolling people on facebook with mean comments. He's not from the UK, although I will admit his sense of humour has a distinctive British tint what with all the big black cocks and peeled skulls. Isn't he from Chicago? I might be thinking of someone else.
