Figured I would start a thread on this. My first observations after farming Sol A for an hour like I was on Saturday is things are hitting even more often now. The green con goblins I was killing with only taking 5-10% of my health are now taking 10-20% as a level 45 warrior. No hard stats but just my first observations.
