B movie horror where a bunch of zombies rip open someone's stomach and start eating his innards and seeing a real life disfiguration on such a grand scale as some of those Deldazee posts are two entirely different things. Movie fiction / fantasy no matter how realistic they make it is still just movie fiction / fantasy. Part of your brain still rationalizes it as fake. The real deal is not something you can simply ignore, and if you can, you more than simply "desensitized", your closer to being completely dehumanized.
