Yet Another Whirl Till You Hurl Thread
Tested repeatedly (~20 casts) on a decaying skeleton: it stunned very briefly, around 2 seconds, each and every time.
I read a few posts, mostly pvp gripes, and spoken with some enchanters in-game who never bothered with it and said it was nerfed at one point, but I have to ask: was this spell intentionally made useless on the blue server?
