I think that's my problem. The old page (from earlier links in this thread) makes the popup bar come up but it doesnt seem to install anything. No popup happens on the above link.

the download should start when you visit the page. When i visit the page now with my pc I am getting an error on sony's end. however, my mac is having no trouble with it.
