throw a week ban on em. but permanently banning them just makes the server pop go -1, at least. and not sure how many perma bans have went out but. population is pretty bad.
if you show there is an active GM staff policing, people will learn to obey the guidelines. Fact is EQ live is now free. and you can hack as much as you want on that server. Train and grief as much as you want. Box all day.
will take more than a "classic experience" to build a decent population here.
