Prismatic weapons. they are the same as primals, so waking the sleeper really has no consequence. They both proc avatar, they both have the same stats, just different names.

No.. There are many drops aside from those that become unobtainable once he's spawned. Someone already listed them. SoD, Mask of Tinkering, etc.
Really there is no reason to wake him up now that the consequences are known to virtually everyone.
