Bind Wound Not Leveling Up
Hi I have a level 25 halfling warrior and i haven't seen a skill increase in a very long time, currently my bind wound is at 100. At first i thought that i must just be impatient, but i just recently went through 8 stacks of band-aids with no skill up.
