This has been passed by him before. He never legitimately responds. He also never legitimately responds to people trying to actually be nice to him. To be fair, I have reviewed the video and that pull is not possible with today's mechanics. Of course, it's harder to know what was wrong with the server back then or what exactly was going on, but it does seem as though they are trivializing the encounter. The seahorses are not pulled away and they see invisible and are not lullable. There is really no other way to do that pull and get Phinny single other than moving the horses.
The likely scenario is that they pulled him through the floor with bad pathing and spell targeting. I would like to hear any other theory that could explain what is seen in the video.
