It's a community designed to emulate classic everquest. They already gave us faster xp, which is more than anyone deserves. You disappoint me Salty. You tout your achievements on the progression server as meaning something, while you've become so disillusioned about what classic EQ was it's ridiculous.
Fact is ya'll got spoiled on VZTZ boxes. This isn't VZTZ. Go make another VZTZ server if that's what you wanted. This server was intended to mimic PVE in every aspect that P99 did. Everyone had ample time to recognize that.
This server was about naked mages rolling up on your exp groups at orc hill 1 with OP root pets, an epic battle of lowbie proportions ensuing, and your group winning out because your uber rogue groupmate was twinked with a SBD and raped faces. It was about being able to roll into OOT and forcefully overtake the AC camp instead of having to poopsock it in line for 2 days straight. It was about taking your group into CB, getting an emp tunic for resists without being 50 already and feeling like you accomplished something rather than simply overpowered it.
Stop worrying so much about the destination and enjoy the fucking journey already.
