if it's mac adress which is used it can give false positive as a router acts like a nic to the internet and thus all computers behind it looks like they come from the same ip.

With the way the anti-hack DLL works, the mac would be pulled directly from the machine that the client is being run on, put into a data packet on that machine, then passed to the router and then to the i-net. The router wouldn't affect the information stored in said data packet in any way.
