We are currently locked at lvl 60, and not allowed to spend AAs. We are also not allowed to use gear beyond Velious.
Once we finish up velious, we will unlock Luclin gear and raids/AAs to the members.
Basically it's an honor system, progression locked time line.

Locked by Sony's rules or by guild leaders' rules? Haven't played EQMac yet, when I went back to Live I went back to ACTUAL Live lol, no idea how EQMac functions. Been debating checking it out though.
If that's a guild rule though it's not a bad play-style... Lock guildies out of content until one set of content is done. I debated doing that with Live-Dashie but I made the poor decision of hiring a merc and slapping on some Defiant instead. Kinda hard to progress by expansion without running into revamped/new content anymore anyway
