At this point in EQ yes.
Once everything becomes no-drop... basically in PoP+, ya you can have 100% accountability. But since they made raid loot tradeable outside VP, ya you can't know where all that shit goes.
Ergo, we need PoP released. Fuck velious/Luclin.
