It's simple. He is talking about his level 60 necro. Most spiders are green con. Even if it's a roamer, FDing a green con is almost 100% wiped. Spider was out of range of when he stood back up.
If you have information with screenshots or anything else about a bug report on Feign death go for it. Making posts saying " I know this for a fact" isn't proof at all. Back it up so it can be changed with links/screenshots/logs.
As for what Happy is talking about what con are the npcs?
