Yup still getting first cast snared/rooted at 95 MR.
At least now mobs run away at full speed at 25% hp making leveling harder (specifically for melees).
Yup harder leveling for melees and no resist fixes exactly what server needed. Glad I hung in there 3 months for this patch.
