No binding in raid zones - Yes
No Mana after PvP death - Yes
No XP Penalty for PvP - No. It's so small now it's a non-issue.
Remove Hybrid XP penalty - Yes
Non-PvP Zones - No, go to IRC if you want to idle without being PK'd.
Some truth to this too.^
I'll add please keep the XP penalty for PvP!
