You're not missing out on much by not getting it. The snare is extremely short and the clicky has a long cast time.

It is actually worse than this. It is broken like all snares on this server. On Live this snares a mob and here the mob still runs until he hits like 5 or 6%. Useful on giants useless on most mobs.
I still keep it in my inventory for some reason. One of the main reasons I picked Troll for my race. One day they may fix it.
