i would say that either Gfay or Nek forest has been alive lately with new player or low toons, i just start about a week or more ago & i am a 22 about to me 23 sk. if your new to eq i would suggest against evil races but do what you like :P hope i could help in some way

With the exception of Iksar, evil races are no more challenging than any other race really.
