Quick question: After handing all that gold over to Rathmana, did you run to the Temple of SolRo and check faction or did you just /con Rathmana to try and check your progress? Be sure to check your faction inside of the temple. (or if Ortallius is up you can check with him)
Looks like Rathmana should be on TempleofSol faction, so fixing that for next update. His gold quest for faction seems to be fine.
