I'd say more than 8 considering they require "considerable senior management level experience." If it's anything like IT you'll be 8 years in the trenches before making supervisor, then 5-10 to Manager, then 10 to Director, whereupon the Senior Management clock starts ticking... If you want to make 100k before 30 you need to be self employed (which of course means -100k is also possible
