The 'What dervish cutthroats' response was there, but I loosened up the trigger a tad so he won't be so picky. The dialogue was also wrong and that has been updated.
Added the [join the crusade] dialogue.
I also made this NPC support multiquesting, both for this turn-in and the final burning rapier turn-in. I'm going to go back and make sure all the other burning rapier turn-ins support MQ as well.
Fixed, pending update.
