The law saws they, as much as you or I, have a right to a freedom of speech. They aren't committing a crime.
The cops are there to stop physical violence from happening to either group.
I don't condone what these racist shit for brains say but I do condone their right to say it. I'm glad I live in America where we have a right to a freedom of speech and where people are protected when they voice their opinion.
Its when they commit actual crimes that the cops arrest them - which I've shown to be true.
If you think they shouldn't have freedom of speech - work on changing the constitution. Or move somewhere else.
The law is the law HBB. Freedom of speech applies to everyone even if you don't like it.
