No he shouldn't. I believe he should be held accountable like everyone else though. People provoke him all the time. The fact is you can ignore him. You can also stop visiting the forums. Harrison is a common breed. Entertaining none the less. As far as rules being broken. He mucks up the forums just as bad as the majority does. The difference is he is a one man army. There are so many people like Harrison. Yes they don't post as much or spend as much time trolling , but that is because they have other things to do. Like being a troll in game or elsewhere. There is no solution that will keep Harrison away. There are way to many encouraging trolls that mirror his behavior and themselves. So until they are held to the same expectation as he is.
