There's no litmus test to decide if a person was trained or not. GM's need to witness it themselves or see a fraps/screenshot showing the train. Even if there were logs that could suggest a train occurred, the GM's would be unlikely to check them with so little supporting evidence (I could just say Fiegi trained me and force the GM's to waste their time verifying my story, but that wouldn't be fair without an incriminating screenshot to go with my accusation. Kind of like how in real life you can't indict someone for a crime without evidence). Moreover, you'd have to post your evidence in the petition section, not in Rants and Flames.
Also, I'm fairly sure the only easily-searchable logs that GM's have are engagement logs for mobs that have been killed (ie, mobs that showed who engaged what mobs, how much aggro they had, when they engaged, etc.). But it only works for dead mobs, so it can't be used to prove that a train happened.
