Competition in your book = competition with other players, i.e. PVP.

I did my three months of crazy raid guild thing, fought all the mobs (albeit as an enchanter) and got my epic, i.e. yall didn't prevent me from doing the things I came to do, and in general I don't take this game nearly as seriously as a lot of people.
I'm simply trying to make you guys understand that the raid scene on project 1999 with its batphones and "competition" is a monstrous corruption of classic everquest which the vast majority of the players on this server loathe.
