thats just a case of having enough people logging on at the drop of a hat/porting/camping out in the right spot/clicking a cap or potion. people saying mobilisation is a skill is so funny i sometimes do a genuine lol.

Yes, It is a generally a LOL.. but sometimes you have special circumstances where you do have to mobilize.
Like the last server repop. With all of the targets up we had to race and mobilize. TMO got 14 of the 16 major targets.
A server repop is the only good way I can think of to judge a guilds' mobilization ability. Its definitely not a skill but it is the combined ability of a guild as an entity to move around quickly.
Sometimes random spawns force you to mobilize too. Last month (or late Feb) Talendor spawned. 1 Tracker from TMO was in zone, 1 from TR.
Within 3-4 mins we had 35 TMO in zone when there was a combined 3 TR/VD.
