Nobody knows - probably not even the devs. It's done when it is done, and it seems like development has slowed somewhat of late.
If someone put a gun to my head and made me guess, I'd say about a year. However, I have no real basis for making that guess - just a gut feel on how long it took Kunark to come out plus the fact that there seems to be less dev work going on these days (and I have no real evidence on which to base that claim either).
