Looks to me this picture was taken about 4 months ago because it shows the freedom tower is still shorter then the Chrysler and Empire State building. It's now almost at its peak floor height and ready for its antenna to top out.
Totally irrelevant but Ive been watching WTC One being built from my window for years now haha.
