Thank you man. It's taken a lot of hard work and dedication. About six years ago or so I would have NEVER told you I would have reached 200+ lbs. It's pretty crazy to see me now vs then. It just tells you that anything is possible if you work consistently at it. I thought about becoming a personal trainer full-time to help others but been so busy with other stuff. At your rate thought you will hit 200 in about 2-3 years max. I was 175 lbs about 2-2.5 years ago, you're not too far behind me. Just have to keep at it and keep pushing harder to see more of a gain. I started taking some creatine before and after my lift days and I think it's given me that little bit of a push...I would recommend looking into that, I buy mine cheap at Wal-Mart lol. The only other supplement I take is whey protein, and of course, protein bars. I've been eating a lot lately though. Eating is half the battle. Your body needs more calories and protein to maintain what you have been working on. Just be sure not to eat unhealthy.
