Yes it's "classic," however, NPC resists worked completely different on live. Charm lasted on giants from about 3-7 seconds, and that was if you were lucky. Spells would never land on plane of fear mobs without tash/malo, etc. etc., here everything lands on NPCs.

This is working as intended here. Charm doesn't last very long on fire giants and still does break frequently (obviously our chanters tash/malo them first). Same with fear mobs. I guess if you ever raided on this server you would know that.
What I don't think is working as intended is that the FG's are fear immune. I think this should be taken out.
