wipe and relaunch
wipe and relaunch the server, only this time with all the stuff that should of been in at the beginning (global ooc, xp boost, the various fixes that have now come out etc) and without release new blue server content a few weeks later.
server is already dead, might as well redo it properly instead of letting it sit as it is.
