Thanks for the info bud. I played back on live when it came out as well. I am detail oriented. I followed step by step for turn in as you described. It could be someone did turn something in and bounced out. I just did the turn in on a FRESH brother, i had killed a few plaguebones this time did the turn in and GOT the robe. So its a little weird that I did not get it last time. Im praying i get my items back so I can keep this gorgeous robe!
