Okkkay... Noticed something odd today. Was doing Highpass orcs, turned in their scalps. I got the message "could not possibly get any higher" with HighpassGuards after hitting apprehensively. Kept turning the scalps in for more FreeprotMilitia factions, then realized that despite claiming that my hpguards was maxed, it kept going up. Warmly now.
Checking later this week if same applies on the rat ear quest.
