Global ooc will only turn the server into a livesteam of RnF with special kids pounding badwords in their keyboards. If RnF goes server side in Global OOC, then the amount of bans would destroy server population. Notice how the beggers of Global OOC are the same forum spammers?
TLDR; stop crying for global ooc because you only want it to livesteam RnF and have server population destroyed
