Default is the quest broke?
I cannot seem to find a young ronin in sro or oasis. Can anybody confirm he is in the game?

Just got him to pop about an hr after I posted. Spawned in oasis at the furthest south derv camp in oasis middle tent.(-1471,1389 loc)
