From what we have seen with Holo and Uprising going after Nihilum holding Nagafen for a day or two via Lamort, a lot of angst was created within Uprising that possibly drove Uprising to merge with Nihilum.
FF teaming with Holo against Nih def makes my vagina moist at the thought of competing hard against bluebie PVE farmers; but taking the past (Uprising) into account, I would think it would be a bad idea for FF to stay together.

Those who were uprising (and merged with nihil) did so because we did not want to be a part of the Uprising/holocaust alliance.
