My first memory is picking up the game cause a buddy from tribes said it was awesome.
Having only played FPS before on a PC, I made a dwarf. Wandered around a bit, found a guard and thought pffft this guy is lame I'm gonna whoop his ass.
Hit attack, insta died, spawned naked outside with no idea of how to get back to the city. I thought it was the lamest game ever, I quit and went back to halflife and tribes.
It was months later that I gave it another fair shot, and got hooked for years to come lol.
