We're probably going to atleast try a new host and see what happens. My feeling is theres no host that will put up with this but never know.

They are certainly out there not sure about the cost though. I will look around a bit if I come up with anything will let you know.

http://www.f5.com/products/big-ip/ is the type of thing you look for, but not sure of getting hosting behind one of these things.
