Ok, I might be wrong on this. Allakhazams lists him on 'Coalition of tradefolk underground' faction. However, I remember buying from him on live (yes, I was same class/race/diety on live as I am here on p1999) and I don't ever remember doing faction work... Anyway, I'll do more research
