I re-read your OP and i see that what you meant was using mobs to delevel people faster than you would through pvp deaths.
I will edit my post accordingly, sorry for misunderstanding.

But people will get banned for ninja looting?
On live ninja looters had a rep and they werent allowed anywhere near groups that knew this.
Where are the red rules so i can take a look at them and comment from an educated perspective?
