Here is a log of what happens when you get charmed by a dragon. When your charm gets dropped, you aren't on that aggro list anymore (otherwise my hide message wouldn't succeed and would result in a ducked out of combat message).
Losing aggro for even a fraction of a second resets the FTE logs and reset FTE logs create a fresh engage, period. This is one of the only policies that has been consistently applied by the GMs for the last year and a half.

You're retarded. If everyone gets charmed, simultaneously, then yeah. But much like in the real world, the encounter logs aren't all about you. When the
entire hatelist is clear, encounter logs (not FTE logs - there is no such thing) reset.
Encounter logs don't magically reset because the dragon charmed the rogue with the least dps.
If you're going to explain something, it helps if you understand how it works.
