The wiki has a few newbie quests listed:
Grobb. The wiki is improving more and more as people are updating quests/rewards by zone. It's pretty awesome.
I would also check out the Oggok wiki. Reiker wrote a very nice
guide for Oggok also. That reminds me to go do that forager bag quest.
