Dark Elf Guards, there is one near EC zone around where the path forks. There are 4 that spawn on the bridge, sometimes they will spawn a sergeant or dragoon, stay away from them. Then there is one final guard near Lavastorm zone. Also, you can kill the roaming stone and iron guardians near Lavastorm zone.
East Karana would be another good choice. Crag Spiders and Gnoll Reavers are good choices, or whatever on tracking =).
