So basically, you don't want any chat or auction to exist at all. You want single player Everquest where you never interact with anyone.
Too bad. The majority of the players disagree with you. I don't care if it is moderated with an iron fist, but I think all of this fear of people actually using ooc is really lame + overblown. Try it for one week and if it scares the absolute shit out of the staff or something, turn it off.
