Default Enchanter Mez Spells lost a tick when dots were changed
For example mesmerization is now 18-24 seconds, Dazzle is now 1:30 to 1:36 depending, etc. I don't know whether this is classic or whether it was just an addition.

I do feel sorry for L4 enchanters though.
