Given the sheer soloing prowess of necro's and how OP shamans can be in kunark. I'd go shammy + necro

You have heal, snare, slow, dots (necro and shammy dots) 2x pets, clicky bracer nuke from JBB, as well as necro kiting etc. It would be a match made in heaven.

Definitely would be great for outdoor zones, indoor zones... well i'd take an enchanter in any situation indoor (maybe bard).
