Poison recipes and ingredients:

- Fire drakes are not dropping putrid bile
- Basilisks are not dropping basilisk eyestalks (haven't done thorough testing on this)
- Undead in unrest are not dropping Grave Mold or Amanita Phalloidae or Darkbone Marrow
- Kobolds are not dropping Black Henbane or Death Cap
It could be that I'm just very unlucky on some of these mobs, but I believe there are a lot of poison ingredients just not dropping, especially since I haven't seen them on vendors either.
Here is a list of poison ingredients, where they drop, and the rough drop rate percentage. Please look it over.
