Amelinda says, "so recruit more people"

Wow. Just wow.

Now after making an arbitrary rule that you will enforce arbitrarily, you are now making guild decisions for guilds. Lets stop right there. I hope i don't have to point out any more of the absurdity of this facet of your sentence.

Now, another part is not so clear and i would expect only a seasoned pvp veteran to understand this:

When one guild mass recruits and becomes 40% of the online population at any time, they eventually kill the pvp server. Parity keeps pvp servers alive. We are lucky to currently have 3 guilds vying for supremecy. One is 40% of the server population and controls alot of the server by that fact. The other two are trying to be competitive while maintaining a server healthy lower number.

You again have single-handedly handed down a decision that will in effect put pressure on the server that is unhealthy. You have effected the server in such a way, that in my opinion it will not recover if allowed to continue down this path.

Amelinda, in short i believe you have good intentions. I believe you are a good person who is a little over her head. I do not believe you have an understanding of the true cause and effect relationships that your decisions are having on the server. If i could sum it up in just a few concise directives, they would be:

1. make no pvp rules.
2. if you must make a pvp rule, you must have the staff to enforce it fairly (and you will have to enforce it every hour of everyday) or you have made a rule that the server must die.
3. If you must make a pvp rule, make it "no training" and no others.
4. if you make a pvp rule, be prepared to quit in 90 days.
5. Do yourself and this server a favor and adhere to #6
6. Make no pvp rules.
